Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as pre-order (backorder). This cancellation policy lays out the refund/cancellation details.

Pre-orders / Backorders
When you purchase a backorder/pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in our inventory. We charge the full payment on your order.

There are no refunds for these items as they are sold at a discounted rate. If you would like the option for a refund, please wait for our inventory to restock the item and then buy at the regular price.
